Free Audits and Proposals
Free audits, strategy calls, and proposals are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding commitment to purchase services. Actual engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement or statement of work.
Payment Terms
Fees for services are outlined in your specific plan or agreement. Monthly plans are billed in advance and, unless otherwise agreed, do not include a long-term contract commitment. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Cancellations and Refunds
Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Fees already paid for services rendered are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for your project (such as custom website code or design assets) become your property, excluding any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary methods we use to deliver our services, which remain ours.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, information, and feedback reasonably necessary for us to perform the services, and to use our services and any resulting automation tools in compliance with applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAZ Communication is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
No Guarantee of Results
While we work to improve your business outcomes through automation and marketing, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, revenue, or conversion figures, as these depend on factors outside our control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RAZ Communication operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
